01 What exactly do I get each day?
One short video (3-5 minutes) and one email, delivered once a day for five days. Each day has a single focus and one clear action step — nothing to binge, nothing to fall behind on if you take it one day at a time.
02 How much time does this take daily?
15-20 minutes to watch and do the day's action step, most days. Day 3 (filming and posting) takes a bit longer since you're actually creating something, not just reading or watching.
03 Do I need expensive equipment?
No. Your phone camera is fine. The upgrades that actually matter are lighting (even just a window) and stability (a cheap tripod) — covered on Day 2.
04 Is this just about growing followers, or does it help me get actual clients?
